MEAT: WILL IT HELP YOU LOSE WEIGHT?

It has become the practice of fat diets apostles to recommend massive intake of meat for people willing to ones that are of low-carb diets. A very good example is the Atkins diet.a> This implores one to basically follow that has loads of fat and low amount of carbohydrates. The idea is that one needs to increase the amount of protein in the body because this is the most reliable way to lose weight, so since meat is the surest source of protein, they advice one to take loads of it. But the big question is: DOES TAKING LOADS OF MEAT REALLY HELP LOSE WEIGHT? I shall be throwing more light on this in this article.
The truth is that fat diets like Atkins and related diets often take advantage of the ignorance of most people, hereby exploiting them. What they preach is always far from the truth and what they make you believe. Sincerely, what actually makes one lose weight is the ability to burn more calories in the body other than the idea of what you take in. Do not fall for the lie that what you take in actually helps to reduce the fat in the body. It is a general misbelieve!
Moreover, those that preach taking loads of meat do not realize that not all kinds of meat are actually good for the health and body. Some kind of meat will actually help you gain more weight rather than help you shed weight! Let us take for instance, meat in the categories of bacon, salami, fried chicken and pepperoni contain a great percentage of calorie and if you take them, what happens is obvious; INCREASE IN YOUR WEIGHT. Since you are looking to reduce weight, why consume meat that has loads of calories? This gives me the strong belief that large intake of meat will NEVER help to reduce weight.
Note this; if you are in the habit of taking lots of meat more frequently, you stand the chance of blocking your arteries and damaging your kidneys ignorantly. More so, this will damage your digestive system quickly because the meat you take tends to rot in your colon. Another thing that should be taken into cognizance is the fact that meat does not only poison your bloodstream, you also stand the chance of contracting some harmful diseases in the likes of cancer, diabetes and co.
So, why believe lots of meat intake will help you to lose weight. Emancipate yourself from the fallacy that this idea of meat intake helps weight loss. It is a big lie! Remember that if you want to get all the protein from your meat, you either need to eat it boiled or raw. If you attempt to cook meat with all the available spices, meat consumption will never do you any good. Why? This is because you must have washed away lots of protein during the cooking stage.
More so, if you are one of those people that believe that large intake of protein will indeed help you to lose weight, take into cognizance that it is just the amount of protein in the body that counts not the source and do realize that you can get even more protein from natural foods like nuts, seed and fruits more than whatever meat can offer. These foods have the ability to nourish your body with the necessary protein it needs more than a cow-load of meat will do and still keep your body in proper shape.
Now you have the ball in your court, if you have been trying to lose weight and been failing, then look at the volume of meat you have been taking. Has it really helped you to lose weight or has helped you to gain more? You now know the cause for your weight increase. So do something.
